Last day for OpenQMBP

Scientific Program Article published on 30 June 2023 , Updated on 13 July 2023

The final day of the OpenQMBP scientific program marked the culmination of three weeks filled with captivating discussions. The program, which took place from June 12th to June 30th, 2023, left participants inspired.

Structured into three thematic weeks, the OpenQMBP program presented pedagogical lectures by experts and engaging conferences. Dissipative many-body systems, noisy quantum dynamics and measurement-induced phase transitions, as well as transport and hydrodynamics in open quantum many-body systems, were the themes explored during this scientific journey.

We want to thank all the participants as their enthusiasm, expertise, and willingness to collaborate created an environment of intellectual stimulation and fruitful discussions.

The scientific organizers, Andrea De Luca, Jacopo De Nardis, Zala Lenarcic, Leonardo Mazza, Guido Pagano, and Marco Schirò, played a pivotal role in orchestrating this successful scientific program. Their dedication and efforts in bringing together scientists from different communities are greatly appreciated. A heartfelt thank you goes out to them for their invaluable contributions to the success of OpenQMBP.
