Next On: Astroparticle Symposium 2023
Starting from Monday October 23, the Institut Pascal will host the 2023 edition of the Paris-Saclay Astroparticle Symposium. This 4-week program will deal with the theory of early universe and dark matter, dark energy, compact objects in gravitational theories, observation of the transient and high-energy sky.
The format will include working sessions every day and a « conference » format day per week with invited speakers.
Each weeks some colloquia will take place, which are opened to a scientific public. Also, two public conferences will be held. More details can be found on the official page of the event https://indico.ijclab.in2p3.fr/event/9501/
Colloquia of week 1:
- Carlos Frenk: "How to Invalidate the Standard (Cold Dark Matter) Model of Cosmology", Monday October 23, 2 PM
- Keith Olive: "The BBN/CMB Connection: Post Plank", Tuesday October 24, 11 AM
- Bernard Carr: "Primordial Black Holes after 50 Years: A Positive Perspective", Tuesday October 24, 2 PM
