Now at IPa: A colloquium in memory of Berrie Giebels

Variability of astrophysical sources across wavelengths

The third week of the 2025 edition of the Astroparticle Symposium will be a scientific colloquium in memory of Berrie Giebels. The programme comprises twelve one-hour review talks by distinguished guest speakers and sixteen 30-minute contributed talks, as well as a poster session. The topics covered focus on the areas of research that interested Berrie the most during his career, particularly the time variability of non-thermal astrophysical sources. The second anniversary of Berrie's death will occur during the colloquium week. A dedicated remembrance session will be held on the second day of the colloquium.
